After confirmation,

the official order is placed.

Production scheduling and lead time are finalized at this stage.

Clients receive the shipment and confirm delivery and product integrity. We follow up to ensure full satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Customers review and test the samples to confirm that the material quality, design, and specifications meet their standards.

Products are manufactured and prepared for shipment according to agreed timelines. Packaging and labeling are completed per client requirements.

Once the sample is approved,

we verify all relevant details

including company information, delivery address, branding needs,

and product specifications.

Before dispatch, we conduct a final sampling inspection to ensure consistency. A control sample is retained for reference and future reorders.
